STAQ Terms of Service

Effective date: October 25, 2026

These terms apply when you use the STAQ app or staq.fit (together, "STAQ"), run by Nottage Digital ("we", "us"). By using STAQ, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy covers your data. Questions? Email support@staq.fit.

Your account

You must be at least 13 to use STAQ. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete it in the app under Settings, then Privacy & Security.

Your data

Your workouts and notes stay yours. You let us store and process them to run STAQ, as the Privacy Policy describes.

Not medical advice

STAQ records your training and gives no medical or coaching advice. Speak to a doctor before you start or change a programme. You train at your own risk.

AI features

AI features can misread what you say, type or upload, so check results before you save. Free use has limits, which we can change.

STAQ Pro subscriptions

You buy STAQ Pro through the App Store or Google Play. It renews until you cancel it in your store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Deleting your account does not cancel it. Refunds follow the store's rules.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law, harm others, access accounts or systems that are not yours, disrupt STAQ, bypass its limits or security, scrape it, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer it. We can close accounts that break these terms.

Changes and availability

We cannot promise STAQ is always available or error free. We can change, add or remove features, and will tell you first if we stop running STAQ. Apple, Google and AI apps you link have their own terms.

Disclaimer and limits of liability

STAQ is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties and are not liable for indirect loss or for injury from training. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights the law protects.

App Store terms

If you got STAQ from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for STAQ or its support.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date above and tell you in the app or by email if the change is significant. Continued use means you accept them.
